Terms & Conditions
- Exclusive space for your employees only, from 9am to 5pm.
- Whether a café completely closes or offers a private separate space depends on the listing and how numerous your team is. Contact the Café Owner if in doubt
- No rental rates, on Team Work Café you only pay a small daily fee per booking
- Everything your employees eat and drink will be invoiced to your company unless otherwise agreed (i.e lunches paid 50% by the employees) Make sure you inform your host beforehand
- Food & drinks invoices will need to be paid within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed with the Café Owner
- As in any Café or Restaurant, attendies are not allowed to bring their own food/beverages. The booker understands that all cold and hot bevegages, meals, breakfasts, snacks, etc. will be ordered at the café
- No alcoholic beverages will be served before 5pm unless otherwise agreed between the parties
Other things to note
- For security and privacy reasons, every employee attending should be able to identify themselves
- If you wish your clients, suppliers, or any person outside your organisation to attend, please inform the Café Owner in advance
- Team Work Café provides platform fee invoice via email within 5 working days
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours after booking and get a 100% refund. After that period, the following applies:
- Cancel 15 days (or more) prior to the booking date, and get a 100% refund of TWC’s Booking Fee
- Cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to the booking date, and get a 50% refund of TWC’s Booking Fee
- Cancel less than 7 days in advance, you will not receive a refund and the Café Owner will be free to send you an invoice up to 300€ + VAT for potential expenses
Extenuating circumstances, force majeure or pandemic restrictions: TWC will isse a 100% refund. Please get in touch with our customer support if that is the case, we’re here to help.
